College is out and blissful summer days are in. After a fulfilling third year at Draughton College in eastern Georgia, eight friends go off to the west of the state to enjoy their time in the ever famous Chestmount Lake & Mountain Area. On the second they embark on the expedition, they open themselves up to new experiences and a life-altering lesson which simply states to enjoy every moment. As they travel the small town, they find themselves reviving an incomplete chapter to the town's history. Just then, one of their friends goes missing. The remaining seven are left absolutely panic-stricken with only one suspect in mind. They report the disappearance and hope for a response...but will they ever get one? This once in a lifetime trip ends up fortifying relationships and clearly distinguishing the faces behind the valuable ties. The friends also get to recognize each other's diverse personalities better and learn to bask in the genuine beauty of life. Above all, the thrilling adventures that are experienced and the mysteries that are unraveled throughout the humorous novel make the vacation a most real and memorable one.
