Flea Flea Shamboure, a little flea with a huge personality. Flea Flea quits the family flea circus and travels to France to fulfill a flea lifelong dream of travelling to an exotic foreign place.
In France she quickly acclimates to the local culture, only to discover that, at heart, she's an American Flea, and she heads back home to Philadelphia to start a flea theater group. Her 1st production is "My Fair Flea."
The production is a big hit, and Flea Flea sees her parents at the show, and they go and have a nice time together.
