Flesh of the Blood

Dia is the king of Brigin'i. After many cycles of war, he is able to finally bring about peace and offer a tournament of games to further unite the kingdoms and their chieftains. However, the unexpected return of prince Frei, responsible for securing the farthest borders north of the kingdom, brings alarming news.

Frei, bloody and barely surviving a brutal attack, reveals that a raid by a dark and unknown force controlling orcs and even giants is imminent. He urges the king to postpone the games and prepare the city for battle.

Not wanting to cause alarm, Dia uses the games as a distraction as he plans his move. After a brutal attack on the castle, however, he's forced to take immediate action. Assembling a unique group of masters of war, weaponry, and wizardry, he sets out to rescue his abducted daughter, princess Shermee.

Meanwhile, evil forces bent on total conquest prepare to spread across the lands to lay waste to all the great cities as they seek the key to an ancient power that will give their leader ultimate control. Was the kidnapping of the princess a simple ploy to get Kind Dia out of the way? Will he return in time to save the kingdom or will everything he worked for go to waste?
