This is my healing journey. I never thought I'd write the book but I kept being asked what did I do and how did I do it. I made Youtube videos talking and showing the fibroids that came out of me. Once I realized how the body and minds works I was able to heal and rid my body of them. It's quite interesting as to the way I was able to heal my body. But that is the beauty of the mind and to do something unthought-of and have it work.
