Notă biografică
Nathan Williams was a beloved husband, father, brother, son, and friend to many. God had given him a burning passion for not only the outdoors, but to see men step up and take their rightful role as the spiritual leaders of the household. He believed it would be easier for men to open up around a campfire or hunting than in the traditional church setting. Nathan knew if you could somehow use the outdoors to reach men for Christ, the family would follow suit. With this passion given to him through the Lord, Nathan founded and ran a men's outdoor 501c3 Brother's in Christ Outdoors. He and his board member, field staff, partners and brothers in Christ poured into men around the world reaching over 1 million people.
Nathan was diagnosed with a rare brainstem cancer in October of 2019. He fought the good fight of faith, and worshiped God until he took his last breath on February 5th, 2020. During the last two months of his fight he wrote two devotional books, Field to Faith and Food Source of the Day. He wanted to leave a legacy for his family and to make sure the assignment God placed on his life was not cut short by the enemy, Satan.
He would want all to know that life is about perspective, and to keep your eyes focused on the good. Never give up your joy and continue to spread God's love.
