Ellen loves adventures. Whether it be around the world or to that burger stand with the best smash burger thousands of Yelp reviewers raved about, she's there. That fearless pursuit for new experiences led her to confront some real life challenges that many of us have accidentally accepted defeat to. One of those challenges is: not enough time. Growing up she had the privilege to travel, see new sights, and try new foods, so when her guiding life principle of Work Hard Play Hard stopped working in her favor and she caught the not-enough-time epidemic, she left a gaping hole on her resume. Ellen founded Ellen C Lee Organizer to regain a sense of control over what matters in her life. While helping others do the same, she fell in love with what efficiency can do for a person, a family, and life, period. Her mission now is to create order to eliminate chaos, so you can see beyond the clutter to live your authentic life. She loves Jesus, tacos, mystery movies, and leaving gaps on my calendar for possibilities. Today, you can find her creating and testing recipes on her Italian sensation husband in the always sunny San Diego.
