Notă biografică

Dr Jianli Song was a former judge of the Supreme Court of the People's Republic of China, holds an LL.M. from the United Kingdom, and has been a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Cambridge, and the Max Planck Institute for Private International Law. 


Dr. Bing Cheng was admitted to the bar in China, New York, England and Wales, and completed LL.M. at the University of Pennsylvania and Ritsumeikan University.
