Forever Husband is the third and final installment in the Anniversary of the Veil series and brings the story of Kae and Issa to a satisfying conclusion. While this book can be considered a standalone novel it is greatly enhanced by first reading Book One and Two of the series, Protector and Decision Maker. The Anniversary of the Veil has come and gone, for better or worse. Now all that is left is to pick up the pieces and move on. Easier said than done, that Kae only wants to be left alone to live or die in peace, Issa makes plans she can't realize, while Alet and Ardnan are drowning in guilt over their past mistakes.
