Don't retire, but retool and release your experience and wisdom to the emerging generations We have been conditioned to think of age 65 as the time to retire-to kick back and relax. Most of us are at the peak of our game in terms of experience, wisdom, and capability to coach others; and there are new generations emerging that would benefit enormously if it were made available.
