Peter Freestone was Freddie's personal assistant since 1979 and David Evans was one of Freddie's close friends from 1974 onwards. They continue their collaboration begun in "Freddie Mercury-An Intimate Memoir" to chart the course of events following Freddie's death from Aids-related conditions on November 24th 2001. This volume catalogues some of the milestones in the making of a legend as well as illuminating some of the behind-the-scenes stories concerning the characters and incidents that Freddie's death affected.
