This book is addressed to not only the issues of young, new students transitioning appropriately into the college or university setting, but, also, it addresses study habits, stress management, nutritional concerns, fatigue, and sleep deprivation. I have attended many colleges and universities in different states, and the issues all appear to be very similar. This is a form of self-help for young and old alike who, for one reason or another are entering any educational institution.
