Notă biografică

Lance Weldy is a 2006-2007 Fulbright Fellow Junior Lecturer in the Center for North American Studies at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universitat in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. His areas of specialization are American and Children's Literature, with an emphasis on pioneer literature as well as the topic of Transformation in various forms, including media/film. His first monograph under contract, Seeking a Felicitous Space: The Dialectics of Women and Frontier Space in Giants in the Earth, Little House on the Prairie, and My Antonia, is through ibidem-Verlag.
