Notă biografică

Dr. Ligia Tomoiaga, dr. Minodora Barbul and dr. Ramona Demarcsek, the editors of this volume, are members of the Department of Philology and Cultural Studies at the North University Centre of the Technological University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. All three academics are involved in teaching English language and culture to Romanian university students. At the same time, they initiated international anniversary conferences at their university, starting in 2009 - each year they organize a conference dedicated to another personality of international recognition, with the intention of (re)valuating their cultural legacy.
