This book is a book for the hurting woman who is either going through something, has been through something and will go through something. It is to show you that you are not alone and that there were other women before you and other women after you who will or have experienced these same problems. It covers problems with family, friends and lovers to parents, children and spouses. It shows the changes you go through from the beginning of a hurt leading to the recovery of wholeness.
