As John scrounges in the streets of inner city Washington, the Vietnam Vet and survivor of Agent Red is unaware that he is being sought. The President's daughter and her Secret Service team encounter an explosion, which exposes them to the biological chemical. The only known antidote to save their lives is available from John's blood.
