Fundamentals of Fluorescence Imaging
Editat de Guy Coxen Limba Engleză Hardback – 9 apr 2019
This book covers, for the first time, imaging at all scales from macro to submicro (superresolution). Its authors include Robert Clegg, legendary teacher and researcher (who, sadly, passed away during the editing); Jim Pawley, editor of several editions of the Handbook of Biological Confocal Microscopy; the famous and now dispersed New Zealand team of Mark Cannell, Christian Soeller, and David Baddeley; Robert Hoffman, pioneer of whole-animal imaging in cancer research; Andreas Schoenle and Christian Eggeling on STED nanoscopy, and many more famous participants in this field. All the contributors are at the cutting edge of their field.

Recenzii
"Fundamentals of Fluorescence Imaging is one of those must-need textbooks for students in biomedical sciences, and I will definitely use it as such. In easy-to-read language understandable to the non-physicists or non-microscopists but in a complete way, it gives an overview of the most used fluorescence microscopy techniques. What is great about this book is also that it combines the technological part with very practical topics: sample preparation (chapter 5) and labeling of specific organelles (chapter 6–8). The book is fun to read and very instructive. I will implement it in my teaching program for sure."

"This is an excellent book on the fundamentals of fluorescent imaging. There are very few books that provide the depth of coverage this one does. The book is clearly written without mathematics."
