Arun Kumar Rana, PhD, is currently working as Assistant Professor at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Galgotias College of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida, India. He has more than 15 years of experience. His area of interest includes image processing, wireless sensor networks, Internet of Things, AI, machine learning, and embedded systems. He has published more than 75 SCI/ESCI/Scopus-index papers in national and international journals and conferences. He has also published many books with national and international publishers like Taylor and Francis, USA. He has attended workshops and faculty development programs and guided six MTech candidates. He serves as a reviewer and editor for several international journals and conferences. He is also a member of the Asia Society of Research. He holds six national and international patents and has conducted many workshops on IoT and its applications in engineering, wireless networks, simulators, etc. He has keen interest in teaching and implementing the latest techniques related to wireless and IoT technology. He has received many international awards from various international organizations. He has been listed in the world scientist ranking in 2021 and 2022. He completed his BTech degree at Kurukshetra University, and MTech and PhD degrees at Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University), Mullana, India (NAAC A++).
Rashmi Gupta, PhD, is presently working as Professor in the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at the Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research, under Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi , India. She also holds the position of Founder Director of the Incubation Center AIACTR-IRF, funded by the Government of Delhi. She has rich experience in industry as well as at various academic institutes. Prof. Gupta has authored over 90 research papers in various renowned international journals and conferences. She has published patents and also has a DST-funded project. Prof. Gupta is associated with many international research organizations as editorial board member and reviewer. Her primary research interests are machine learning, computer vision, and signal and image processing. She completed her ME and PhD degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University, India.
Sharad Sharma, PhD, is presently working as Professor in the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University), Mullana, India. He has a vast experience of more than 20 years of teaching and administrative work. He has conducted many workshops on soft computing and its applications in engineering, wireless networks, simulators, etc. He has keen interest in teaching and implementing the latest techniques related to wireless and mobile communications. He opened a student chapter of IEEE as Branch Counsellor. His research interests are routing protocol design, performance evaluation, and optimization for wireless mesh networks using nature-inspired computing, Internet of Things, space communication, etc. He is a member of various professional bodies. He received his BTech degree in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University, Nagpur, India, MTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala, India, and PhD from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India.
Ahmed A. Elngar, PhD, is Associate Professor and Head of Computer Science Department, Faculty of Computers, and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University, Egypt, where he is also Director of the Technological and Informatics Studies Center (TISC). Dr. Elngar is the Founder and Head of the Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG). Dr. Elngar has more than 55 scientific research papers published in prestigious international journals and over 25 books covering such diverse topics as data mining, intelligent systems, social networks, and smart environment. He is a member of the Egyptian Mathematical Society and International Rough Set Society. His other research areas include Internet of Things (IoT), network security, intrusion detection, machine learning, data mining, artificial intelligence, big data, authentication, cryptology, healthcare systems, and automation systems. He is an editor and reviewer of many international journals around the world. Dr. Elngar has won several awards, including the Young Researcher in Computer Science Engineering Award from Global Outreach Education Summit in 2019. He has also received Best Young Researcher Award (Male, under 40 years) of the Global Education and Corporate Leadership Awards (GECL-2018), Rajasthan, India.
Sachin Dhawan, PhD, is currently working with the Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology, Samalkha, India, as an Assistant Professor. Prof. Dhawan is currently pursuing his PhD degree in electronics and communication engineering at AIACT&R under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, New Delhi, India. He was an Assistant Professor at the Geeta Institute of Management and Technology, Kanipla, Kurukshetra, India. He has authored over 20 research papers in various international journals and conferences. He has also published his papers in IEEE conferences and Scopus/SCI-indexed journals. His current research interests include signal and image processing, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. He is also an Associate Member of the All India Institutions of Engineers and a member of the Asia Society of Research. He serves as a reviewer for several journals and international conferences. He has also published two patents. He completed his BTech degree at Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, and MTech degree in electronics and communication engineering at the University Institute of Engineering and Technology under Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India.
