Gargantuan Gigolo

Autor John Davies
en Limba Engleză Paperback
Gargantuan Gigolo tells the story of how a glamorous brothel owner opened up a string of escort agencies when broadminded Spain legitimised whorehouses staffed by male prostitutes servicing frustrated women clients. It tells of the trauma felt by women, mainly in the middle-age bracket, who are left lonely and neglected by philandering husbands, or more pitiably by spouses left impotent by accidents or disease or, tragically, by partners who have died prematurely.
It tells of the highly-sexed men who are lured into the vice game. How an ex-harlot groomed and financed macho guys of varying ages into the intriguing business of sex for sale. The tragedy that strikes desperate women who are robbed of fulfilling their romantic urges by fate. It describes how men about town revel in being highly paid for doing what they enjoy most. But the downside is that prostitution often flirts with crime. Our glamorous heroine is hit by her own tragedy. Her life of luxury, funded by the sex-for-sale industry, is rudely interrupted when she is sent to prison. But can there possibly be a happy ending for the one-time harlot?

John now has two other grandchildren: Ayla, born in February 2013, and Osian, born in December 2015. John has previously published works with a strong Welsh influence, including Hewl: Stori Geraint Griffiths and Chester to Chepstow, and the children's picture book, Trevor the One-Eyed Tractor. Darren the Dragon, published in 2013, was the first of a popular series of children's books released by John. A further three books have been released since, the most recent being Darren and the Duke of Darkness. John also published his first children's poetry collection, How to be a Dog, in 2014. John intends to concentrate on these genres, as he believes they satisfy his childish nature!
