Notă biografică

Originally from Bangladesh, Jamila A. Chowdhury is a PhD in Dispute Resolution from the School of Law, University of Sydney, Australia. She was awarded with "Gold Medal" for securing 1st Class 1st position in LLBH, "UNESCO Fellowship 2005" and "Australia Day Awards 2009" by National Council of Women NSW, Australia for her tenacity and creative abilities in academic and research works. Amongst her many awards, Jamila lists these awards the most stimulating and challenging events in her life. Her passion to work with vulnerable women cemented her determination to pursue her writings on them. She authored different national and international publications on ADR and women rights.
