Notă biografică

Brian Neil Peterson, PhD University of Toronto, is Associate Professor of Hebrew Bible at Lee University in Cleveland, TN, where he teaches a variety of classes in Old Testament studies and biblical Hebrew. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles as well as nine other books. His most recent book on Ecclesiastes is titled Qoheleth’s Hope (Fortress, 2019). Along with an active research schedule, Peterson also spends portions of his summers doing archaeological work in Israel. He has excavated at Khirbet el-Maqatir (2010–2016) – the proposed site of Joshua’s Ai – and Shiloh (2017–current).
