Poetry. These are poems about living close to nature on a remote farm, accompanied by large animals, Tibetan Buddhists, and a spouse. The book focuses on relationships--spiritual as well as physical, with nature as well as with other humans. It's wonderful to have new poems by Jody Stewart, deeply internal and intensely lyrical, while at the same time stitched with the thread of myth, storytelling and country lore.
