Josh "Jimmy" Kennedy is in a rough spot in his life. His charter fishing business is slowing, he has trouble finding love with a dark shadow hanging over his shoulders. With the beautiful San Francisco as the backdrop, a chance meeting with an enigmatic and beautiful young woman named Misty on Ocean Beach one morning gives Josh a new found energy and hope that he can bring a part of his life around.
