Untouched by government initiatives, political scandals, hyper-capitalism or reality, Glass Alley balances precariously on the razor's edge of sanity. Undaunted by this remoteness, it still manages to create a disturbing amount of misunderstandings, miscues and mistakes. Some say it's just a rundown street in a rundown town, but strangely, the jury is not only still out but has gone missing. Whether in the siren call of Daisy Mae Honey LaDew's dyslexic warehouse 'The Greenlight' or the scrap yard where Mack and the boys keep the world safe by avoiding any contact with it, it is rewarding to witness theories of Chaos, economics and quantum physics bend into absurdity within its quarter-mile vortex. But something is about to change. Doctor John Mitchell, one of the Alley's bedrock characters, is leaving the Alley or that, at least, is what an unfortunate chain of events has led some residents to think. Not the end of the world under normal circumstances but life threatening in a part of the universe where very little is normal. Then Hope comes to the Alley. The newest girl at The Greenlight may just be what Doctor ordered to set things right and she will be if the eccentric population of Glass Alley has anything to say about it. Love is in the air even if the good doctor does not know it and heaven help him if he tries to ignore the signs because love in the Alley does not knock politely on your door. With an unpleasant meeting of sailors, a Ouija board and Hooptedoodles thrown in, it may require a miracle to bring everything back to normal - or the closest approximation possible.
