In each of our lives, we have a passion to follow, a path to tread, and a goal to reach. I have gone through several doors, swinging to and from different angles. We may not have full control on which door is in front of us, but we can manage ourselves once we enter one. Glass ceiling? Which one? I thought I have made several cracks, and at times, I broke a ceiling or two. Whether that ceiling is real or not, we women engineers have choices. I am happy the way it was and the way it is.
