Notă biografică
Born in Utah, Peggy Parsons writes under the pseudonym Evanell, which is her middle name. She graduated from Orem High School, attended Brigham Young University and the University of Utah. After working as a secretary for several years, she moved into the oil and gas industry. In addition to Utah, she has lived in Colorado, England, Nevada and Arizona. She served as Treasurer and later as President of the American Women's Club of London, and wrote articles for the London Bridge, a magazine for American women living in the U.K. While in England she often traveled to Europe. She has also visited Mexico, Russia and Australia.
When her husband took early retirement, they traveled around the U.S. for four years, towing a 40' fifth wheel. She now lives in Arizona during the winter and spends the summer months at her cabin in Utah. Peggy/Evanell took up golf in 1992 and served as President of her Women's Golf Club in 1999. She has three sons and nine grandchildren. She lost a twelve-year-old grandson in 2000. Married to her current husband for twenty-five years, she also has four stepchildren and three step-grandchildren.
She has always loved to read and vowed to give the characters in her head their own written stores someday. Her hobbies include golf and Mah Jong.
