Annie Taylor is a Visiting Fellow in Politics at the University of Southampton, UK. She was previously Research Assistant with the Open University’s Global Environmental Change project and the South–North Centre, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, UK.,
Caroline Thomas is Professor of Global Politics at the University of Southampton, UK. She has published widely on issues pertaining to human security in a global economy.
