Since discovering that I was celiac in 2007 I have been eating gluten-free ever since. I love to cook so this led me to develop new recipes and to retool old favorites so that I could continue to eat the things I love. My family doesn't even know they are eating gluten-free I have enjoyed renewed energy and digestive health.
