Mikey, his sister Tilly and their friend Elliot have just started their winter holidays and are keen for an adventure. After their snow fort is vandalised the children discover tracks that lead them to a dark wood that lies at the foot of the mountains. With Mikey courageously leading the way they begin an adventure that will bring them face to face with danger and make them an unexpected new friend.
