Janet Surette is a children's author from Barrie, Ontario, Canada who has enjoyed a warm welcome to the world of publishing. Inspired by nature, Heather paints in acrylic to create highly detailed pieces. Leaving negative space backgrounds, Heather paints inviting, calming images of wildlife that draw the audience into the subject.
