Grandma Gee
Autor Rahim Galiaen Limba Engleză Paperback – 22 feb 2023
Grandma Gee lives life to the full. She's a sweet smiley little lady with a lovely Indian accent, red glasses and orange hair. She loves the game of bowls and has been playing for ten years. Grandma Gee is not the best player at the bowls club, and at the beginning, the other players would ridicule her for being so bad.
She stayed positive and kept practising every day to get better. The Big Bowling Competition is a prestigious one. It's held every year and the prize is a shiny trophy. Grandma Gee has never won this in nine years of competing.
This year, it would mean so much to her, as the competition falls on her seventieth birthday. She promises to do a cartwheel if she picks up the trophy.

Notă biografică
Rahim G was born in Mombasa, Kenya (a long time ago!) and raised in Birmingham, England. He comes from an Indian background. He first started writing short stories and sketches at school and continued it as a hobby. He moved to London to pursue the creative arts. After a few years of adjusting to life in the crazy capital, Rahim returned to writing and the passion was reignited. To get his writing out there, he wrote for various online publications which included film reviews, articles, short stories and comedy sketches. Writing online was an invaluable experience in getting feedback for his work. He describes his writing style as fun and enjoys escaping into another world. A published book has been a childhood dream. For the last six years, he has been working on the Grandma Gee story. It's been a challenge writing a children's book on so many levels and it's not as easy as ABC.
