Recenzii

"The contributors to this work summarize a wealth of literature on group dynamics and athletic success.  In doing so, they make the clear point that one reason these dynamics have been so poorly understood is that exercise and sport psychology have been predominantly atheoretical.  Many of the essays (such as chapter 2, "Personality Processes and Group Dynamics in Sport Teams") make excellent progress in addressing this lack of theory. Summing Up: Highly recommended. All readers but especially professionals"
