Notă biografică
Phil Seaton has been a biology lecturer and an amateur orchid grower for more than 30 years. He heads the Ex situ Conservation Group of IUCN (The World Conservation Union) Species Survival Commission's Orchid Specialist Group (OSG).
Margaret Ramsay heads the Micropropagation Unit at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew developing and applying in vitro techniques to endangered plants.
