Notă biografică

Sima Lieberman is Professor of Economics at the University of Utah, USA. He has taught at a number of institutions around the world and has spent considerable time in Spain. In 1992 he received the title of Knight Commander from King Juan Carlos I for his work on the Spanish economy.
