The Chinese anti-corruption prosecution is a true game-changer for enforcment of anti-bribery laws. But more than simply being the first Chinese domestic prosecution of a western company, this case provides significant and tangible lesson for the anti-corruption compliance practitioner to implement into a best practices compliance program going forward.
