Notă biografică
BRIAN WEINSTEIN is Professor of Political Science at Howard University. He was educated at Yale, Harvard, and the University of Paris and is the author of books on Africa and the Caribbean, including Haiti: Political Failures, Cultural Success (Praeger, 1984), co-authored by Aaron Segal.AARON SEGAL is Professor of Political Science at the University of Texas at El Paso. Educated at Occidental College, Oxford (Rhodes Scholar), and the University of California, Berkeley, he has written five books on the Caribbean and is widely published in journals on the Caribbean.
