Notă biografică
Trained as a music and dance pedagogue at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, for over 20 years, Cora Krötz has been teaching, inter alia, vocals, drums, handpan, overtone singing, and piano at her own music school »MusikErleben« near Munich, Germany and holds public seminars on »Handpan Learning by Playing«, bipolar vocal training and overtone singing as well. She is an experienced lecturer for courses in teacher training, in schools and adult education institutions. Since 1999, she has conducted the »Chorazon« charity choir and given intensive training and voice coaching courses for choirs and choir singers.
As a sound artist, she has spent over 25 years studying overtone singing and the playing and effect of overtone-rich instruments from all over the world. Since 2005, she has been performing as a soloist with her solo program in Germany and abroad, following her own unique sound vision. As a soprano, she is a member of the ensemble »WIR4 -A Cappella mit Hang zu Obertönen« (»WIR4 - A Cappella with a penchant for overtones«).
