Happy Me!

Young children are vulnerable to anxiety and stress; bullying by peers, their parents discussions or arguments, possibly a busy daily schedule, all contribute to their unease.

We parents can't always resolve a child's anxiety, but we can teach them methods of relaxation by tales they understand. By children reading these short stories, they can learn stress coping skills that can help calm their anxieties.

The author of "Happy Me ," Eileen Michele, developed these stories when one of her daughters showed anxiety symptoms when very young. Michele's daughter has grown and learned how to deal with her stresses in a constructive way. We hope "Happy Me " can help your children as well.
