There are some people who are destined to change the world and there is one dog who is destined to find them. When Los Alamos scientist Catherine Beaven is on the verge of completing a project that will create a new source of energy and move mankind into it's next great era she saves a puppy from drowning in the Rio Grande. This act of kindness changes her entire world forever. When someone betrays her project and terrorists take over the lab, a quick thinking intern sets the lab itself against them, which causes Catharine to receive the shock of her life. Instantly the terrorists in her lab are the least of her concerns. She finds herself coming face to face with a cast of characters that is as amazing as it is unexpected.
