Warren Jaycox was born in Baltimore, Maryland and currently lives in Sonoma, California. He earned his B.A. from Rice University in 1954, his M.A. from California State University in 1959 and his Ed.D. from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1967. Active in this local church, he has served as a deacon and an elder and has been active in the VBS field since 2004. He and his wife, Jeanette, were married in 1957, have three children, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
