The "66" in the title stands for the song, "Highway 66 Blues," by Woody Guthrie, who died from Huntington's and who is referenced in the manuscript. Brie is desperate for this cure to save her father - and herself. But, in today's world, bringing a new drug to market is not simple or quick. Brie needs the inventor of the drug to help her. Unfortunately, the scientist-inventor is found dead in the river. Only Brie knows that this was neither accident nor suicide, but murder. She must prove that he was murdered and uncover the killer to find the clue that he left behind to save her.The author is donating a portion of all proceeds to charities which combat HD and violence against women.
