Sienna is the sole carer for Kieran, a twenty-seven-year-old autistic man who lives in a special needs care home. In an attempt to help him, she tracks down his older brother, Ryan, whom Kieran hasn't seen for fourteen years, and soon realizes how broken their relationship is. Deep-rooted resentments and family conflicts must be overcome before the estranged siblings can reconcile, but has Sienna become too personally involved?
