She is a contributing author in the book "Things I Wish He Knew" as well as being a contributing author in medical journals for the work she has done in clinical and behavioral research. Kishna uses her love of writing as a healing agent to soothe the inner wounds from early childhood trauma. She empowers others to do the same by looking within their selves and using the hurt, pain, and suffering as tools to strengthen their mind, body, and spirit. Kishna enjoys writing, practicing yoga, gardening, dancing, and traveling.
