The author has been appointed as Consultant to Mr. Sam Pitroda, advisor to the Prime Minister of India, on Public Information Infrastructure and Innovations. He was earlier associated with Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a premier business school of management in Asia, as a Post Doctoral Associate and Consultant. He has presented papers in national and international conferences in the field of public health, where his works have been highly appreciated. His main area of interest is Public Domain. He has done his PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India, a premier institute of repute in South Asia.
