Notă biografică
Lynn Molnar's belief that pets are an essential part of maintaining a healthy life led her to establish Thankful Paws (www.thankfulpaws.org), Maryland's first mobile food bank for pets in 2011. Through her leadership and visionary determination, the charity has helped thousands of pet owners in need. Lynn's efforts led to her receiving an Accommodation from the Governor of Maryland and Maryland's Secretary of State in 2014 as well as a Governor's Citation in 2016.
Lynn is a graduate from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Humanities in 2010. Lynn also received her certification in Canine Myo-manipulative Functional Therapy from Holistic Animal Studies in 2020 and has been certified in the Human-Animal Bond from the North Atlantic Veterinarian Community in 2018. She has attended hundreds of hours in continuing education courses in Canine CPR & First Aid, Canine Nutrition, and Canine Cognition.
In addition to her leadership role at Thankful Paws, Lynn is faculty at Johns Hopkins University, where she hopes to inspire future medical professionals about the Human-Animal Bond.
