Hershey, a succesful bail bondsman out of Trenton New Jersey is living well while running his multi million dollar company. He enjoys all the finer things life has to offer. Bailing out some of the most notorious drug dealers in the city he befriends the wife of a kingpin looking at life behind bars. After a brutal divorce he sees what it's like to be on the other end of a woman scorn. Using all of her connections Kelly's intentions are to ruin his empire while hooking up with a corrupt judge and prosecutor.
