The Singapore Lecture is designed to provide an opportunity for distinguished statesmen and leaders of thought and knowledge to reach a wider audience in Singapore. The 40th Singapore Lecture was delivered by Francois Hollande, President of the French Republic, on 27 March 2017 under the Chairmanship of Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Deputy Prime Minister, Singapore.
