Hope and Reconciliation in Northern Ireland

Autor Ronald A. Wells
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 31 ian 2011
This book is about those people in institutions of civil society in Ireland who work for a new and peaceful future in Northern Ireland. One feature of the book is that it begins with an orientation about the discussions among scholars and activists about "forgiveness," "history and memory," and "reconciliation." With that context made, the book delineates and explicates the work of the various organizations that are on the forefront of creating a new future, which will supplant the past that brought "the Troubles" to Northern Ireland.
