Laurie Mullins is a consultant and author specialising in management and organisational behaviour, and managing people at work. Laurie was previously a principal lecturer at the University of Portsmouth Business School where he led the behavioural and human resource management group.
Penny Dossor is a senior lecturer in hospitality management, organisational behaviour and cross cultural awareness at the University of Portsmouth Business School.
