Licensed Acupuncture Physician (FL 1992- 2002), former owner, operator: Food and Thought health food store, Hollywood, FL (1984-2001), natural foods cooking teacher, practitioner of Naturopathy, Chinese medicine and Ayurveda has questioned and counseled 1,000's, the majority, repeat, daily, weekly customers 60 - 80/ day, 5 - 6 days/ week, 17 years, always ask, "What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?", observe weight, skin condition, purchases (input/ cause = output/ effect) and then analyzed, explained with simple words: building, cleansing, thick, thin, hot cold, dry, moist, airy.
