I guess you could classify me as a "johnny come lately" because the information in this book has been available for years. However, I was not aware of this information until 2019 I guarantee many others have not been familiar with this information. It is for those like myself who did not know this information that I am sharing it in written form. I believe that a lot of us can reverse type II diabetes. This book is the story of my journey from obesity and a fasting blood-sugar level of over 300 to a normal fasting level of 77 to 91 with no major spikes after eating during the day. For years, I followed the advice from doctors and took the drugs prescribed to me, the result was not acceptable. I was getting worse. There had to be an answer, I was not going to be stuck with the disease the rest of my life. Personally, I believe that God created us in such a way that our bodies could be healed naturally if we followed his design. As Hippocrates said, "Let food be your medicine." The food and drug industry along with the US Government and the health community have been giving us defective information for years.
